EMAIL FAQ - When can I delete email in my Junk E-mail folder?

Immediately - When you mark email as spam it creates a copy of the email in the servers cache. As such it does not need the copy that is left in the Junk E-mail folder. However, you may wish to leave a small amount of email in the folder and review it periodically to make sure that no valid email has appeared in it.
